How much does camp cost?
1 session = $130
2 sessions = $230
 
Does the price include tax?
It sure does!
 
How old does my child have to be to participate?
All campers must be 7 on the first day of camp.
 
Is there a deposit?
Yep, we only ask for a $35 deposit to reserve your spot in the camp. If your child is participating in 2 sessions we ask for 2 deposits. The balance of the camp fee is due the first day of camp.
Deposits can be paid over the phone, with a check in the mail, or in person. A registration form must be received with a deposit to secure a campers spot in camp.
 
What are the hours of the camp?
We are offering 4 weeks of camp that go from 10am - 12pm and 4 weeks that go from 1pm - 3pm. Since we don't open until 10am on any given day, early drop-offs will not be allowed to enter the store. Early drop-offs will not be allowed for the 1pm sessions either as we will not be staffed for this.
 
What if my child can't come to all 5 days? Can they make up a day or take the project home?
Due to the nature of our projects and camp, campers must be present on the day of the project during the scheduled week. We are not able to send projects home or have campers attend one day of camp in a different week.
 
Can my child bring a friend?
For the whole week of camp? Absolutely! For just one or two days? Sorry! We will be offering several one-day workshops throughout the summer so check www.bizzybeads.com frequently for info about those.
 
What if my child is late to one day of camp?
We will make every effort to start the project for them so that they are at the same spot in the project as the other campers when they arrive. Campers who arrive more than 20 minutes late may not be able to choose their own colors or supplies to make a certain project.
 
My child has swim practice and will be more than 10 minutes late every day of camp. Is this ok?
Sorry, no! May we suggest you check out one of the other camp times as we offer both morning and afternoon sessions?
 
Do I need to send anything with my child?
Campers attending the Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Bling sessions of camp (any session in June, basically) will need to bring a plain t-shirt of any color (no pockets or detailing) with them on the first day of camp.
Other than that, we ask that you don't send anything with your camper. Cell phones and valuables should be left at home. We will ask that any cell phones that do find their way to camp be turned off and stored during the camp session. If you need to reach your camper please call us at 636-728-1515. Alternatively, if your camper needs to reach you, they can use the store phone.
 
What should my child wear?
Nothing fancy or valuable. While most of our projects are pretty clean, there are a few that involve different paints or glues. If you want to send an old t-shirt or a smock on those days, it's not a bad idea.
